Danielle Walker’s name is almost synonymous with “grain free” thanks to her New York Times’ Best-Selling book, Against All Grain, and her Instagram account of the same name. To combat symptoms she experienced from an autoimmune disease, Walker removed grains, lactose, and legumes from her diet — and started blogging her recipes to help others suffering from similar issues.

Walker’s recipes range from kid-friendly, grain-free chicken nuggets to her more gourmet Mexican bison stew. She posts her delicious-looking Instagrams with a grain of realism — she gives into cravings (like cheese!) sometimes too.

Don’t let her handle fool you — there’s more than smoothies on this Instagram account! @theblendergirl, aka Tess Masters, has been experimenting with her diet ever since being diagnosed with Epstein-Barr virus when she was in her teens. At the time, she stopped eating gluten, dairy, and meat — embracing a diet based on plants and fish instead. Since then, she’s tried going vegan, eating only raw foods, and more. This all brought her to her own regimen built around the blender and a plant-based diet.

Her Instagram account and forth-coming cookbook, celebrates her love for all things green, plant based, and blended in a Vitamix. What’s on Masters’ menu? Try her watermelon gazpacho, raw corn chowder, or her specialty — green smoothies.
